Humphrey Fellow Implements Program Evaluation at Mauritius Nonprofit

Martine Hennequin, 2013–2014 NIDA Humphrey fellow, manages Fondation Joseph Lagesse in her home country of Mauritius. She is working with Virginia Commonwealth University Humphrey Program Coordinator J. Randy Koch, Ph.D., to design and implement a program evaluation plan for the nonprofit. Dr. Koch has visited Mauritius twice to help improve the foundation’s strategic planning for education, community development, and health improvement projects to address poverty.
